I am a NASM-certified CPT with a lifelong passion for exercise and strength training. My fitness journey began at fourteen when I was the only girl in my high school Strength & Conditioning class. I know what it’s like to feel out of place in a weight room, unsure where to start or how to execute proper form. But through time and persistence, lifting became my sanctuary—a place where I built strength, determination, and resilience.
After competing as a D1 track and field athlete in college, I experienced burnout and had to relearn how to love movement without the pressure of competition. That journey reshaped my relationship with exercise and deepened my passion for helping others do the same. I specialize in guiding individuals who may feel intimidated by the gym or former athletes rediscovering joy in movement. My mission is to help you build a healthy, empowered relationship with fitness—one that makes you feel strong, confident, and balanced.

I’m a dedicated fitness professional with over 25 years of experience in powerlifting, strength training, and overall wellness coaching. My journey began in high school when I fell in love with powerlifting, leading to a decade of competing, judging, and coaching. After a career in law enforcement, where I served as an Officer Wellness Instructor and graduated from the prestigious FBI National Academy, I turned my focus to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Overcoming personal challenges, including multiple surgeries and life-threatening health issues, I rebuilt my strength, health, and mindset. Now, as a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutritional coach, I’m passionate about designing personalized programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them build strength, improve health, and transform their lives. Whatever your goals, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
