How do i get in contact?

Please complete the ‘Let’s Work Together’ form on the home page and one of our trainers will get back to you as soon as possible; your trainer will send you an email to schedule a consultation call. i’ve already had my consultation call. how do i schedule and pay for my sessions?

Please schedule your in-person training session with your trainer directly via phone or email. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal. If you have any additional questions or issues, please contact us via email at amanda.lark@toolboxfitnesstraining.com or dan.reilly@toolboxfitnesstraining.com.

Where are in-person sessions held?

In-person training sessions are held at Unrivaled Fitness, located in Aiken, SC. A gym membership is not required for in-person training sessions; access is included in the price of your session. Please visit the Unrivaled Fitness website for additional classes hosted by this gym.

Do I need a gym membership for in-person training?

No, you do not need a gym membership for in-person training sessions. Use of the facility is included in the price of your individual training session. We do recommend having a membership if you intend to hit the gym outside of training sessions.

do i get to pick my trainer?

Yes; if you have a preferred personal trainer you’d like to work with then you are able work directly with this person. Please include the name of the trainer in your ‘Contact Us’ submission so we can set you up directly with that trainer.

Are all of your personal trainers certified?

Yes; all of our trainers are NASM-certified Certified Personal Trainers (CPTs). This certification is important as it signifies a high level of knowledge and expertise in the fitness field, increasing credibility and demonstrating a commitment to safe and evidence-based training practices. It is considered one of the most respected personal trainer certifications in the industry.

How are online training sessions conducted?

Your trainer will have a video consultation with you to assess your fitness level, needs, and goals. Your trainer will then develop an individualized training program accessible via the Trainerize app. This app will include exercise video descriptions and has the ability for you to upload pictures/videos and track your progress.


What can i expect in 1:1 in-person sessions?

Our 1:1 in-person training session is roughly 60 minutes. Each session typically consists of a 5-10 minute warm-up, a 40-50 minute workout, and 5-10 minute cool down. During this time, your trainer will review your program design and intent, benefits of exercises performed, provide nutritional guidance, and answer any questions you may have. Times can be adjusted based on programming and your needs.

what is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your session we ask you to complete this at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. You will be charged the price of half a session for any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time or for no shows.


Do you offer small group training?

will i be under contract?

No; we believe that you deserve the best service possible. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to continue your fitness journey elsewhere then you have the ability to do so without being held to a contract.

what can i expect in my consultation?

Your consultation will include a review of your goals, needs, and current fitness level. We will also review your health/fitness history and nutritional intake. Please complete the ‘Let’s Work Together’ form on the Home page; we will review your submission and send you a link to setup a consultation call via Vagaro.

ARE ALL WORKOUTS THE SAME?

Workouts are tailored to your personal goals, needs, and fitness level. We do not copy/paste programs or workouts for clients.
